Are you working on the Heart Qualities? Are you interested in knowing more and discussing and sharing in a group? We made the experience that doing that is very beneficial for our work on patterns and on our heart. That’s why we thought to offer a class on the heart qualities and Tong Yuan, the method to work on the heart qualities. Anybody is welcome. Even if you are an experienced practitioner you can benefit from this class.

NORDIC WALKING
Wednesdays 9am - Karitane or other locations
Nordic Walking is a form of fitness walking using specially designed poles and a learned technique, resulting in a low impact, high results total body workout that increases cardio fitness, burns more calories then normal walking and activates 90% of the muscles. And it is fun.
Wear comfortable clothing for walking, appropriate to the weather, sunscreen and water. If you have a pair of Nordic Walking poles or normal walking poles please bring them along as Sabine has only a limited amount of poles to lend out.
