REN XUE is a holistic approach to enhancing and uplifting life. Founded by Yuan Tze, REN XUE includes two distinct disciplines. Yuan Qigong, the first discipline, helps individuals find greater peace and harmony through a contemporary Qigong practice. Yuan Ming, the second, offers healing techniques that can diminish the effects of injury and illness.
Anchored in a solid theoretical base, REN XUE effects deep, long-lasting transformation in individuals and the greater community. REN XUE and its disciplines can improve energy (Qi), clarify thinking, open the heart, and give meaning to life. Yuan Qigong
|
Yuan Qigong is REN XUE's practice of beautiful moving and still meditations, using the body, mind, breath and Qi energy. Its foundations rest in Chinese tradition, but western scientific and psychological findings are incorporated, so Yuan Qigong is a comprehensive discipline. Practicing Yuan Qigong helps to increase mental clarity, improves internal strength and stability, and helps us understand the patterns of thought that inadvertently support negative emotions and illness.
We cover in our classes at the moment following methods of the 9 Yuan Qigong methods.

Yuan Ming Techniques
Yuan Ming is a natural, safe, effective set of techniques learned by facilitators to help others. The discipline was developed by REN XUE’s founder, Yuan Tze, and brings together elements of traditional and modern culture.
We can do this techniques in person or in a remote therapy online, via skype, phone or other media.
Remote therapy is when the therapist and the recipient are at two different locations. The initial session is a lot about getting to know more about what the client wants to work on. That may be a physical, an emotional or a spiritual problem. The therapist then guides the recipient into a relaxed state and works together with the recipient on the problems by using the consciousness, Qi and information to achieve a change and support in how the recipient feels.

Mindfulness Pilates
With over 30 years of teaching experience, Sabine brings a rich and diverse background to her classes. What makes her sessions unique is the broad range of knowledge she has gathered throughout the years, blending different approaches into her own distinctive style. Her Pilates is not a standard method—it's Sabine’s style of Pilates. It's not just about the physical exercises but through paying attention to how the body feels, through bringing gratitude, appreciation, deep care and love to the body the Mindfulness Pilates session becomes a very different and wonderful experience. While strengthening, stretching and mobilising the body, the mind relaxes and one feels ready for all that life may bring.
